Any type of form that the Client would like to create on their website can be created.  Forms include the Contact Us page, testimonial feedback page, surveys, and upload pages (in case a visitor would need to upload an image or a file).  These forms are completely editable, so they can be changed at any time to include more or less information based on the Client’s needs.  Forms also can be optimized (titles, descriptions, and keywords).
